I’m 6’2” with a long stride, and this walking pad/treadmill has been a great fit. It’s compact and low-profile, but the belt length feels adequate with room to spare for comfortable walking (and occasional jogging).

The incline is a nice bonus. It adds a bit of extra challenge when you want it—helpful for mixing things up without cranking the speed.

What I like: ✅
• Compact + easy to move: Light enough that I can roll it around easily and tuck it away under furniture or stores slim against a wall.
• Two ways to use it:
• Flat mode: The handlebar doesn’t get in the way at all.
• Handle up: Good if you like having something to hold for balance.
• Dual displays + easy controls: Display on the treadmill and another on the handlebar, plus controls on the bar.
• Easy maintenance: The lubrication port is honestly one of the best features—keeping a treadmill lubricated is usually the biggest annoyance, and this makes it simple.
• Remote works well in flat mode: It has preset buttons for 3 mph and 6 mph, and it’s magnetic, so it’s easy to keep stored nearby.
• Very affordable for the value you get.

Some downsides: ⚠️
• Speed only changes in 0.2 mph increments, which is a little coarse if you like finetuning.
• It doens't track individual steps
• It auto shuts off at 99 minutes, so longer sessions may need a restart.
• The included app isn’t great for tracking/syncing (especially with Apple Watch), but I’ve had better luck with other apps like LifeSpan or GymTrakr.

Real-world use:
I typically walk a little over 5+ miles in the morning while working until I hit 99 mins (total), let it cool off during lunch, then walk another 5+ miles in the afternoon while working. It’s been a very practical way to rack up steps daily.

Bottom line: 🏁
If you want something light, compact, and easy for getting steps in throughout the day—and you like the option to jog/run indoors when weather is bad—this is a solid choice. The incline is a nice extra, but the main win here is how convenient it is for consistent daily use.

It’s perfect for small spaces and easy to fold. The walking surface feels comfortable and stable. The incline feature is a plus. It has a good speed and runs smoothly, which makes it great for both walking and light jogging. This treadmill is excellent.

Great walking pad! The only reason for removing a star is that it is narrow. The width is fine if I’m focused on walking alone, but I bought this to walk while working. When I am typing or focusing on a conference call I tend to “wobble” a little and step off. I also thought the incline was automatic, be aware that it is not, it is manual.
Aside from those two things, this has been great in helping me to move more during the day. I have a desk job which barely allows me to get up to use the restroom let alone be active. I am really enjoying getting more movement in!

I recently upgraded from a slower Hometro model to this one because I've been improving my speed. I appreciate that this model because it will go as fast as 7.5 mph. I'm not a runner, but I am looking forward to slowly working up to that, because the the 5.0 max speed on the other model was no longer challenging.

I've been using a Hometro treadmill for 8 months, and it's become a great addition to my daily life. I have found my favorite workouts on the app. I start the workout on my phone, it connects to the treadmill, and I take off! The treadmill cycles through the workout as I watch a show. It couldn't be easier. I keep the remote on me, in case I need to stop early, but mostly I finish and the app stops the treadmill.

The only downside that I've found on this model is that when I put my phone on the phone stand, and run fast, the phone bounces and could fall off. I will find a way to secure it better, or just not use it.

Overall I'm very pleased. I'm using this to improve my cardiovascular health, and it's helping tremendously. It's very easy to store. It would fit nicely under a bed or tall couch, but I just wheel it to the corner of the room and tip it up against the wall, to get it out of the way.

I'm very happy I was able to incorporate this into my routine, because it has changed my life for the better!

Auf der Suche nach einem neuen Laufband bin ich auf das Laufband von hometro gestoßen.
Die Lieferung des Laufbands erfolgte innerhalb von 2 Tagen.

Das Laufband war so gut verpackt und gepolstert, sodass keine Teile während des Versands beschädigt wurden.
Der Aufbau des Geräts ist super einfach. Die Anleitung ist auf mehreren Sprachen dargestellt.

Die ersten Trainings auf dem Gerät waren wirklich sehr gut. Für eine langsamere Geschwindigkeit benötigt man den Haltegriff nicht. Möchte man aber intensiver joggen, so kann man den Haltegriff einfach hochschrauben. Super einfache Bedienung.

Der Motor des Geräts ist super leise. Auch beim joggen oder gemütlichen gehen macht das Laufband einen sehr stabilen aber auch zeitgleich leisen Eindruck.
Die Geschwindigkeit kann bis maximal 12kmh hochgestellt werden. Auch hierbei ist der Motor sehr leise und die Schritte werden vernünftig abgefedert.

Man hat zudem die Möglichkeit eine Steigung beim Laufband einzustellen, was den Kalorienverbrauch erhöht.
Durch den Klappmechanismus lässt sich das Laufband kinderleicht verstauen.

Ich bin super zufrieden mit meinem Kauf. Das Gerät macht einen qualitativ hochwertigen Eindruck. Auch der Kundenservice ist top!

Im Lieferumfang sind zu dem noch Öl und Werkzeug zum nachstellen des Laufbands enthalten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist ebenfalls die Ablage für Handy oder Tablet am Griff.

Absolute Kaufempfehlung.

Ich habe dieses Walking Pad zum reduzierten Preis gekauft. Es wurde schnell geliefert und nach dem Auspacken ist es auch schon einsatzbereit. Eine deutsche Gebrauchsanweisung, Öl, Ersatzbatterie für die Fernbedienung und 2 Ersatz Schrauben waren auch dabei. Bei diesem Walking Pad sollte man wissen, dass die Lauffläche nur 98cm beträgt. Ich bin 1,73m groß, trage Schuhgröße 41 und mache auch im Alltag große Schritte. Man gewöhnt sich zwar daran, aber die Lauffläche könnte 15-20cm länger sein. Also zum reduzierten Preis würde ich es wieder kaufen. Zum Normalpreis nicht. Da gibt es schon besser ausgestattete und längere Walking Pads. Es läuft aber gut und auch leise. Die Running App funktioniert nur in Verbindung mit einer Smartwatch. Eine eigene HomeTro App wäre natürlich genial. Damit der Trainigserfolg vom Laufband auf das Smartphone gesendet wird. Aber klar, das wäre dann preislich sicher noch teurer. Ich nutze es zum schnellen Gehen um Bewegung zu haben. Die mir im Alltag einfach fehlt.

Ho scelto questo tapis roulant dopo aver confrontato diversi modelli e devo dire che è stata un’ottima decisione. È stabile e ben costruito, anche durante la corsa non vibra e trasmette una sensazione di sicurezza.

Apprezzo molto il fatto che sia pieghevole, così posso riporlo facilmente quando non lo uso, perfetto per chi ha poco spazio in casa. Il funzionamento è abbastanza silenzioso, quindi riesco ad allenarmi anche la sera senza problemi.

Il display è semplice da usare e permette di controllare velocità, tempo e calorie senza difficoltà. Lo utilizzo quasi ogni giorno sia per camminata veloce che per corsa leggera e si sta dimostrando affidabile.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, lo consiglio a chi vuole allenarsi a casa in modo pratico ed efficace!

La spedizione è stata velocissima e il prodotto è arrivato con un imballaggio curatissimo, a prova di corriere. Nonostante sia un modello molto compatto e facile da collocare in casa, si percepisce subito che i materiali sono solidi e di ottima fattura: trasmette grande stabilità durante l'uso.
​🏃 ALLENAMENTO E FUNZIONALITÀ
Il punto di forza è l'inclinazione di 9 gradi: simula perfettamente la camminata in salita, rendendo l'allenamento molto più allenante rispetto ai classici tappeti piani. Molto pratico il doppio display per monitorare tutti i parametri a colpo d'occhio e geniale il telecomando magnetico, che si aggancia alla struttura così da averlo sempre a portata di mano senza il rischio di perderlo.
​🔌 UN PICCOLO DETTAGLIO PRATICO
L'unica accortezza riguarda il momento in cui lo si ripone: poiché la presa della corrente si trova sulla base dove il tappeto poggia quando è in verticale, bisogna semplicemente ricordarsi di sfilare il cavo prima di chiuderlo. Sarebbe stato più comodo un attacco laterale, ma è un'operazione da due secondi che non rovina affatto l'esperienza d'uso.
​CONCLUSIONE
Un acquisto eccellente per chi cerca un attrezzo professionale, robusto e salvaspazio. Lo ricomprerei subito!

Der Artikel wurde schnell und super eingepackt verschickt. Das Laufband eignet sich sehr gut zur körperlichen Betätigung während der Arbeit am Schreibtisch. Es läuft super leise und stört nicht bei Telefon oder Videoanrufen.
Die Verarbeitung ist von hoher Qualität. Über die Fernbedienung kann man während des Trainings die Geschwindigkeit einstellen. Nicht so schwer, so das man es auf Rollen bequem von einer Stelle zur anderen verstellen kann. Das Display ist sehr gut abzulesen. Über die App kann man jederzeit den Verlauf verfolgen. Hatte ein kleines Problem, wurde aber vom Kundenservice schnell und kompetent gelöst. Dafür 10 Punkte.
