SIMPLE ASSEMBLY
Install Frames
First, attach the adjustable support to the top of the upper frame mounting hole, install the other side of the adjustable support to the lower mounting hole of the upper frame, and then assemble the lower frame into the upper frame.
Attach Knee Pads and Desktop
Secure the knee pads and seat pad to the upper frame using the provided hardware. Then, slide the desktop tilt brackets onto either end of the desk support and mount assembly to the desktop.
Mount Desk to Lower Frame
Mount the desk support to the lower frame using the provided hardware and tighten. Now, your lower frame and upper frames should be attached to the desk support.
Adjust the Height
Lastly, loosen the knob located on the side of the desk support to adjust the height of the desktop and loosen the knob located underneath the desk to adjust the tilt. Set to the desired position, and then re-tighten the knobs.
