Why does it feel harder/softer than expected?
Perception of firmness varies. Our high-density foam offers stable support for proper posture, not extreme softness. For softer feel, add a thin cushion. For firmer support, try the 15.5cm lower model.
Can I wash the entire footrest?
No, only the removable cover. Both fabrics (classic checkered and soft Lise velvet, 100% polyester) are machine washable. Wash cold on gentle cycle, air dry. Never wet the foam core. Never immerse the foam core in water.Follow care instructions.
Can I use it as a laptop pillow on my lap?
Absolutely! Its flat, stable top elevates your screen and improves posture on a couch or bed. Just place it on a stable surface and don’t block the laptop’s vents to prevent overheating.
