    I like TheRun alot. But the directions should be better on putting it together. Noise level is great. Durability is good for the right weight. Smell is fine & design is good. There need to be a video on YouTube that shows how to put together.

    Belt issue. For return, rent a big vehicle and lift heavy item and potentially hurt your back.

    Without walking the belt was adjusted all the way to the right side but as soon as I start walking, it shift all the way to the left. The seller will only give you an option to pick up this heavy item and drop it off at UPS. I've contact them but they said to request UPS pick up, I maybe responsible for the cost. I was trying to give up and amazon gives me option to the keep the defective item with $20 compensation. Which make no sense. What ever option I take as a customer I have to put my self at risk either losing money or injury my back during the transport process to the UPS for a defective item.

    As with everything nowadays, they don’t make it easy. You have to turn on a little switch on the bottom of the machine. The lights come on then you have to aim the little remote to actually use the machine. The machine will not work without the remote. The remote does not work. I replaced two batteries. Nothing is dead. It’s useless and a waste of money. I can’t find anybody to contact I’ve sent letters. They don’t respond. No forget about it.
