Is this footrest really adjustable for height?
Yes, it comes with an extra removable foam insert. You can get 12cm or 20cm height easily by adding or removing the inner pad, matching different desk heights and people of different heights from kids to tall adults.
Can the fleece cover go into washing machine directly? Will it shrink or pill after wash?
