Assembly was quick and straight forward, and it was ready to use in no time. I really like the incline support because it makes my walks a little more challenging without needing to increase the speed too much. The treadmill runs smoothly and is surprisingly quiet, so I can walk while watching TV or working without disturbing anyone.
