These gaming glasses look stylish in the tortoiseshell frame, and they feel lightweight enough to wear for extended periods, but the performance leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest issue is the lens tint, it casts everything in a strong red hue that’s distracting and unnatural. Instead of cutting down on glare in a subtle way, the color shift makes screens look off and can actually be more tiring on the eyes over time.
They claim to block a significant amount of blue light and improve sleep quality, but in practice, the effect is underwhelming. After using them during late-night gaming and computer work, I didn’t notice any real reduction in eye strain, and there wasn’t any meaningful difference in sleep patterns either.
The frame itself is comfortable and the build feels decent for the price, but the core function, the supposed blue light filtering, just doesn’t deliver as promised. If you’re looking for glasses that genuinely reduce strain, you’ll likely need to spend a bit more on a pair with better lenses. This one feels more like a novelty than a real tool.
