What fits in the cable management tray? My power strip is pretty bulky.
The tray is wide enough for standard power strips, wall warts, and adapters (load capacity 15.4 lbs/7 kg). It’s mounted underneath the main surface, so everything sits above floor level.
How loud is the motor? I take video calls pretty often.
The motor runs under 45 dB, it’s low enough that it won’t interrupt your workflow or meetings.
Is the top one solid piece or multiple boards? I’m worried about a gap or uneven surface.
The top comes as three splice boards that bolt together from underneath. When assembled correctly, the surface is flat with a barely visible seam, but the steel brackets underneath keep it rigid.
Does everything come in the box, or do I need to buy tools separately? What happens if a piece is missing?
All the hardware and components are in the box, you’ll just need a screwdriver on hand. If anything is missing, contact our support team with your order number. We’ll get you sorted with replacement parts or assembly guidance.
