Our arm supports any monitor under 24.2 lbs and up to 40 inches with a standard VESA mount. Perfect for most monitors.
My monitor keeps moving up or down. What should I do?
This likely means the arm tension doesn’t match your monitor’s weight. Use an Allen wrench to adjust the tension at the joint: turn “-” to reduce lift if it rises, or “+” to increase lift if it sinks.
Can it be installed by one person?
Our quick-release VESA and pre-adjusted weight setting make solo installation easy. For monitors larger than 27 inches, however, we recommend two people for safer handling.
