Definitely worth your money!
Bought this product to lose weight and it is the best decision I’ve made. Definitely worth your money and look how cute it is! Love how it came in my favorite color red, of course they have other colors as well. Came within 3 days of ordering. Make sure you put treadmill oil for the belt. I also love how it fits nicely in my living room without taking up so much space. The only problem I had with the product is the remote didn’t want to connect to the treadmill. I have contacted customer service and waiting for response. Other than the remote, you can download the app on your smart phone and connect via Bluetooth. You can play music and or watch your show with the phone holder. I started using the treadmill without the remote as the app also has the function buttons for the treadmill speed. Although I’d really prefer to use the remote so I don’t have to touch my phone all the time. So hoping customer service will help me fix the problem. But honestly, if you’re contemplating about ordering this, DO IT! It’s such a great produce. I’m 5’1 so the length is definitely a good fit for me. Of course even if you’re taller the treadmill is good.

DEFINITELY A 5 STAR TREADMILL! The treadmill works very well. It's very sturdy, even at fast speeds. It's very practical to use. The app makes controlling the treadmill even easier than it already is. Its bluetooth speakers are also convenient and high quality. Adding to its practicality, it is easy to (dis)assemble, compact, and easily moveable. It fits perfectly in my room! I absolutely love this product and would encourage anyone to buy it.

Had been looking for a walking desk for a while and couldn't figure out which one to go with and finally decided to go with this one because of the reviews and price. It was easy to assemble/set up. So far I've only tried working at speeds up to 2 but is working great and easy to move around if needed. I will say I may not be able to walk while on video for work calls because the movement is distracting for other participants but is great for working or calls off video. Excited to try it on higher speeds while watching TV too. Doesn't take up a lot of space and so far seems to be a good width and length. I put my apple watch on my ankle so I can still keep track of my steps and hoping this will allow me to target 15k steps a day instead of the 10k I was struggling to get before.

This is one solid treadmill. I expected something much lighter and more delicate; this is much better built than I expected for the price. The directions are HORRIBLE. Why can't foreign manufacturers hire English-speaking editors? The upright bar is angled so you have to lean over to hold it while walking, which is rough on the body. It is not adjustable other than lying it down fully. In the directions, the app that you use to control the machine is not mentioned. I had to search the Internet to find something that worked. You can use the machine without an app; it comes with a remote control. The battery on the remote was dead on arrival, leading me to believe that I received a returned/used unit. It was probably returned because they couldn't get the remote to work (because of the dead battery.) You can't use the machine without a remote or an app. I would buy again.

I recently purchased the Goplus Superfit treadmill and I am absolutely blown away by its quality and features. This machine is incredibly powerful, with the ability to reach speeds of up to 7.5 miles per hour, which is impressive for its compact size. It's the perfect choice for anyone who wants to get a serious workout in from the comfort of their own home.

One of the standout features of this treadmill is its user-friendly app, which allows you to track your progress and stay motivated throughout your workout. The app tells you how many miles you've run and the calories you've burned, making it easy to track your fitness goals. Plus, the app is incredibly easy to use, even for those who are not tech-savvy.

The Goplus Superfit treadmill is also incredibly versatile, able to fit into even the smallest spaces. It's perfect for anyone who doesn't have a lot of room for exercise equipment, but still wants to get in a good workout. Plus, it has a phone holder, making it easy to stay entertained while you run.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Goplus Superfit treadmill to anyone who wants a high-quality machine that is both powerful and versatile. Its compact size and user-friendly app make it the perfect choice for anyone looking to stay fit and healthy from the comfort of their own home.

Note: this is my first negative review of a product: The treadmill came with cosmetic damage, (1st image) but was useable. After 2 months of owning the treadmill, and using it, the treadmill made a weird clunking noise while being walked on, the belt became difficult to move, then it stopped and read E02. I turned the treadmill over for melted plastic fibers to fall out. It’s also smelled of melted plastic at that point, and trying to get it to work again was pointless, as every time I stepped on the belt it would drag to the point of stopping. So it’s useless.

But see, that’s when the nightmare began. I couldn’t find any customer service contact info, so I went through the backup insurance I had purchased, which then said it was still under warranty, and gave me the sellers contact info (their website was completely down). I emailed them to no response, and then had to go through Amazon to get them to respond. Now their response has been to send me the most vague instructions possible for literally becoming a treadmill mechanic (including my new favorite phrase, ‘find a No. 5 battery’) and completely ignored the part where I mentioned melted plastic pieces fell out of the treadmill. I’m still working with them to attempt to get my money back for a functionless machine that now gets to be a fun tear apart construction project on my day off, for a machine that is likely a fire hazard at this point. I’ll be going back to Amazon to see if they cannot get the seller to refund me, but until then, I leave this review that others know to stay away from purchasing this.

I bought this treadmill a little over a year ago to use with my standing desk. So far I mostly like it.
I confess to not using my treadmill until recently. I bought it and then did not use it for a long time. So, even though I have owned it for over a year, I have not put it through its paces yet.
First off, I like that it is rated for users up to 265 lbs. While I do not weigh that much, I am over the 220 lb max for so many other under-desk treadmills. That said, I am not convinced that it can actually handle my weight over a long period of time. I am concerned that it is going to burn out, as so many other users have reported.
When I first started using this, I found it very difficult to be productive. My brain was not calibrated to walk and perform complex mental tasks, and since I am a programmer, I really need to concentrate when I work, as I spend much of my day problem-solving. That was a really difficult adjustment for me, as I am not a multi-tasker kind of person. My initial frustration led to my putting the treadmill away for a year before giving it another try. This time around, I started out just walking 30 minutes first thing in the morning when I was reading e-mails and gearing up for the day. I gradually added 30 minute sessions as I slowly began to be able to walk and think at the same time. So I am doing 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off. I am up to a total of three hours walking while working spread over my 9 hour day. I bought a much longer power cord for it so I could move it out of my way without unplugging it when I need to sit. I like that it is light weight and moves easily. The biggest issue I have with it when walking on it is the narrow belt. At 16 inches, I find my feet at the very edges of the belt, and often the outer part of my shoe hits the rail. So I need to dedicate constant mental bandwidth to making sure my feet fall on the belt, which of course makes it distracting as I am never able to fully concentrate on work. I am hoping that the neuropathways for precision walking get wired up in my brain soon, because it is dumb to have to concentrate on your feet when you are trying to read or type or think of things other than your feet.
Fast forward a couple of weeks, and I decided to walk while I was watching streaming content. I figured it would be better to walk while I watch than to sit down, since I already do so much sitting at work. So I pulled the treadmill away from my desk and raised the bar so I would have something to hold onto while using it. The bar is tilted forward pretty far, I think for running, so in order to use it while walking, I just did not clip it in place. I did not mind that it did not support any weight, I just needed the bar to make sure I did not slip off the thing while walking and watching streaming content, and it was fine. After about 2 hours of walking, the treadmill started giving off a funny smell, like something was burning or about to burn, so I stepped off and ended my session. There was no damage to my floor, thankfully, and the treadmill worked just fine the next morning. From this experience, I have concluded that the treadmill is not designed for continuous use, which is a disappointment, as I had wanted to work up to walking at work all day long.
I have begun shopping for a replacement for the inevitability of product failure in the possibly near future. I have not deducted any stars yet, because so far it has not actually failed, and it is, after all, a budget treadmill, so while I am a bit disappointed by its limitations, I think those limitations are to be expected at this price point. I really like the Lifespan under-desk treadmills, as they have a wider walking pad and are rated for many hours of continuous use. However, the Lifespan is a lot heavier that my little SuperFit, and will probably not be as easy to move out of the way, and unlike the SuperFit, the Lifespan cannot be stored upright when not in use, which is a huge bonus, and major purchasing consideration, for a person who lives in a very small space, like me. I really wish I could find an under-desk treadmill that was able to handle continuous use, was a 2-in-one so I could use the bar while watching streaming content, could be stored upright when not in use, and could handle more than 220 lbs. Sadly, my dream under-desk treadmill is a unicorn and not available irl.
Pros: Light, easy to move, can be stored upright, has a bar that can be lifted when desired, rated for users up to 265 lbs., affordable if it does not fail.
Cons: Not built for prolonged continuous use, narrow walking belt, gives a burning smell if used more than two hours, and probably not built to last very long, not really affordable if it fails.

This is an awesome compact machine! Very easy to operate. Very sleek and modern. The speed goes up to 4 or 5 when the handles a
re down which gives you a good walk workout and when the handles are up the speed goes higher than 7 I believe. I have only used it twice since I have purchased it but my partner uses it all the time and she loves it! It is really sturdy yet sleek so it can fit under your bed. It is also light enough so that you can easily transport it from your bed to your living room to work out. I live in a very small, NYC apt and this fits perfectly!

One star for the product, two for customer service.

    Pros:
    – Compact and easy to stow
    – Range of speed, from slow walk to brisk jog
    – Quieter than full-sized treadmills
    – Extremely responsive customer service

    Cons:
    – No rail to hang onto to maintain balance
    – May not be suitable for bigger people. Wife barely clears 100lbs and can comfortably jog on machine. I weigh 200lbs and cannot jog on it; the treadmill belt will stick. I can only use it for walking.
    – Minimal instructions available for troubleshooting and maintenance unless you reach out to customer service.

Bought this mid-April in the middle of the county-wide SIP order so that my wife can continue her daily runs indoor. Loved the small footprint of this treadmill. Even though it had some heft to it, we were able to easily move it in and out from under the couch. We do have hardwood flooring though, so it may be more difficult to move around on carpet.

    Now…our user experience…
Like many have mentioned before, the instruction manual that came with the unit is pretty much useless, but I was able to figure out how to tighten the running belt. The front rail is purely there so one would have a place to dock a cellphone. It is not angled properly for one to hold onto. The power cord that came with the unit is extremely short, so we ended up plugging it into an extension outlet in order to orient the unit the way we wanted. Turned it on and off we go running. My wife uses it almost on a daily basis and we have been good about lubricating the running belt and vacuuming any dust and debris.

Fast forward to late-July…the treadmill motor begins to skip randomly, altering speed, creating a trip hazard. In the video I have uploaded, it is difficult to observe the slight change in motor speed, but if one turns up the volume, one could clearly hear a change in the motor in at least two instances. Anyone who's ever used a treadmill will know that any slight change in speed while you're running may send you flying off the the treadmill, especially if there isn't any rails to hang onto to regain your balance. Reached out to the company via Amazon and immediately received a response the following day. After exchanging several emails and clips of the issue, the rep asked me to check both the running belt and the driving belt, which is located under the front housing, and provided short video clips on how to remove the housing. The company also offered me partial refund if I were to hire a local technician to look at the unit, which I declined because I was not comfortable letting a stranger into my home given the current pandemic. After going through all of the troubleshooting suggested by the rep, it was finally decided that the motor is the issue and the company issued me a full refund without having to send back the machine. I have no qualms with how the company handled after-sale support. They were prompt and tried to help the best they could. However, I simply cannot vouch for a product that costs hundreds of dollars but breaks down within 3 months of use no matter how good customer support is. In addition, I also don't think it is reasonable for a company to expect the customer to play mechanic. I am pretty handy myself so had little problem figuring things out, but that may not be everybody's thing.

The poor reliability of our unit may be a blip as we may have just received a lemon unit. But the overall troubleshooting experience is probably consistent with anyone else's. Just keep in mind that if something goes wrong, you will be exchanging emails with a sales rep with somewhat decent English in China, so it will take a day to receive any response given the time difference, which is why it took us almost a week to come to a resolution.

I’d looked at a few similar but this one by far gave me exactly what I was looking for. Affordable, easy to assemble, easy to store, and adjustable speed which was very important to me. Not extremely loud either as I live in an apartment. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great treadmill that fits all of the above specifications. 5 stars all around. Also can be used without handlebars and used as a walking pad, Bluetooth an added bonus
