It was recommended to me by one of my coworkers. We both work from home, and she uses it as a slow walking pad underneath her standing desk. Since I only have a regular desk, I leave this in my office as a regular treadmill.
It was surprisingly easy to assemble. I was gonna ask my boyfriend to put this together, but end up getting it setup within 20mins all by myself. However, the silicone lube was a little tricky, it took me some reading.
It’s small enough to fit in a tight place like my office, great quick workout option during a 30mins lunch break. I tried both walking and running on it, it worked very well in both modes. The incline is adjustable, and for me the highest incline is challenging enough. It’s sturdy, but can be easily lifted by a single person. There’s no wheels on the bottom, but there are a few full metal bars across the bottom of the treadmill, which can be easily grabbed when taking this from one place to another. I leave this in my office during the week, and move it to living room in weekends to slow walk while watching tv.
