Not as strong as the yellow lense variety
I have trouble with headaches from looking at computer screens too long at work and these didn’t work as well for me as the yellow lenses blue light blocking glasses I’ve used in the past. These clear ones still have a special coating that can filter out blue light but I’ve found it just doesn’t work as well for me. I guess these would be worth it if you’re concerned about the looks of them and want people to think you’re wearing regular glasses. And the fact that it’s a two pack is a nice bonus because these can be easy to lose or break. The frames are kind of thin so I’m a little worried. I haven’t broken them yet but if you sit on them or step on them by accident they’re done for. Also pro tip, you can filter the colors on your monitor to show warmer colors and less blues. So that may be a solution to help you without glasses
